In an effort to strengthen and connect the Goddard College alumni community, the College is hosting regional alumni gatherings across the country seeking those interested in networking, connecting, and supporting the mission of Goddard College.
Please join us on Thursday, February 9, 2017, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C., to reconnect with the Goddard community. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and a welcome from the Dean of Enrollment & External Affairs Gariot Louima, who will share where Goddard is today and the vision for the future.
Wait there’s more… this gathering will also feature an introduction to Coast to Coast Poetry Press Collective featuring three Goddard alumni poets: Teresa Mei Chuc (MFAW ’12), Drew Dillhunt (MFAW ’09), and Susan Deer Cloud (MFAW ’11). The Coast to Coast Poetry Press Collective is a group of four small presses, two east of the Mississippi River and two west of the Mississippi River, working together to share and distribute poetry across the country. The presses are FootHills Publishing (NY), Hummingbird Press (WI), Many Voices Press (MT) and Shabda Press (CA).
