Bio: Frances Moore Lappé is the author of nineteen books, including the three-million copy Diet for a Small Planet. Her latest book is Daring Democracy: Igniting Power, Meaning, and Connection for the America We Want, coauthored with Adam Eichen. Frances is co-founder of Food First and Small Planet Institute, which she leads with her daughter Anna Lappé. Frances is the recipient of nineteen honorary degrees and the Right Livelihood Award, often called the “Alternative Nobel.”

The Board of Directors for Goddard College have made the difficult decision to close the college at the end of the 2024 Spring term.  

 

Current Goddard students will have the opportunity to complete their degrees at the same tuition rate through a teach-out with like-minded institution, Prescott College. Updates and scholarship funds will be available in the coming weeks and months. Information will be posted to www.goddard.edu
