    About Goddard College

Goddard College is a small, progressive, liberal arts college that offers low-residency programs leading to accredited bachelor’s degrees. Goddard offers many unique advantages for the study of permaculture design:

    • A Radical Model: At Goddard College there are no classes, no tests and no grades. Instead, students create their own independent study plans. Goddard gives you the opportunity to design your own education!
    • Experiential Learning: At Goddard, students often engage in experiential learning such as internships and hands-on projects. You can include permaculture design, implementation, and education in your study plan!
    • Study Anywhere: Goddard has a low residency model so students can live wherever they choose. Students can work on permaculture projects in their hometown or travel to other permaculture sites. At Goddard the world is your classroom!
