Goddard College seeks to fill a full-time administrative position in the Office of Admissions in Plainfield.  The Admissions Assistant/Switchboard Operator performs a variety of departmental support functions and operates the College’s central switchboard.  This position reports to the Admissions Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:  managing the College switchboard; providing information and directions to callers and visitors; supporting department staff and functions including mailings, data entry, and processing of documents; attending to material and supply needs of department.

The Admissions Assistant/Switchboard Operator must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  We seek applicants with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well on teams and autonomously. Facility with MS Word and Excel are required; experience with CRM is desired.

This position is full time and is eligible for our generous benefits package.
