Susan Wilson has been focused on student leadership and success for more than 30 years. The product of a small college, liberal arts education, Susan spent the majority of her professional life as a student life director or dean at large public universities. Through these various roles she has been a bridge for student involvement in college governance, planning and independent learning. Susan was the director of student activities and leadership and and assistant dean of students at the University of Michigan, acting director of student activities at the University of Vermont, and assistant director of student activities and summer conference coordinator at Earlham College. Susan is a certified social justice mediator and a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).
