Holly Knight is the Director of Employee Education and Engagement at Sapers & Wallack, Inc. – an independent investment advisory firm in Newton, MA. In her role, Holly designs and delivers education programming that helps their clients’ employees become financially independent. She breaks down complex financial topics and makes them simple enough for anyone to understand which gives people the knowledge and confidence to proactively work towards their financial goals.

Her interest in leadership was solidified when she worked in Executive Development Programs (EDP) at Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). EDP facilitated leadership training programs at companies all over New Hampshire. After leaving EDP, she began doing consulting work in leadership training for companies of all sizes and facilitated workshops on Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication and Generational Diversity in the Workplace.

Holly has a passion for teaching and learning and has been fortunate to have worked with learners from pre-school all the way up through executive education. Currently, in addition to her full-time role, she teaches an introductory business course as an Adjunct Professor at UNH.
