Goddard College celebrates the bountiful Vermont harvest with our 2017 Great Harvest Dinner & Alumni Cabaret!
The Harvest Dinner will take place during Goddard’s Alumni Weekend Residency and is open to local Vermont community members and the Goddard community of staff, students, alumni and donors. The menu features locally-sourced foods prepared by Goddard chef Albert Sabatini and the kitchen staff. A cash bar provided by Positive Pie will include a selection of Vermont microbrews, ciders, and wine.
Following the dinner, celebrate the diverse talents of Goddard’s alumni in the newly renovated Haybarn Theatre for the Alumni Cabaret. Music, dance, poetry, comedy, and the unexpected are all in the spotlight as we celebrate together the mission, vision, and history of Goddard College.
Schedule of events
5:15pm: Community photo at the Clockhouse
5:30pm for Dinner and Cash Bar
8:00pm for the Haybarn Theatre Alumni Cabaret!
Elmore Mountain fresh stone-milled flour breads, Patchwork Farms seeded baguette and whole grain matzo, gluten free crackers, local seasonal bean spreads, scented honeys, seasonal preserves, and a cornucopia of local cheeses.
Seasonal harvest of smoked, picked, pressed and a fresh selection of greens, fruits, and vegetables.
Beef in the style of the hunter, smoked turkey, or local legume croquets with mixed smashed, candied sweet potatoes, stuffed winter squash, oven-seared tri-colored potatoes with Vermont butter or pesto, and locally harvested kale.
Seasonal fruit pies with Leonardo’s local gelato.
Goddard College serves local and organic farm fresh meals with vegan, vegetarian, and meat options available.
