NEIEP + Goddard = Exciting Partnership

The National Elevator Industry Educational Program (NEIEP) is an exciting educational project that comes out of a union, the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) and the companies who employ its members.  The overall mission of NEIEP is to improve the knowledge and skills of apprentices and mechanics -and this includes helping place and financially support union members in college programs like Goddard’s.
Learn about our first Undergraduate Studies Program student from NEIEP, Lester White (IBA ’14), in this wonderful video, which also features program director Muriel Shockley and faculty member Newcomb Greenleaf.

Thank you to everyone from NEIEP for growing this partnership, to Lester White for paving the way, and to another Goddard alumna Maggie Cleveland (IBA ’08, MFAW ’11) for building this bridge between NEIEP and Goddard. We are thrilled to soon welcome more NEIEP members into the Goddard community.

Important Announcement

The Board of Directors for Goddard College have made the difficult decision to close the college at the end of the 2024 Spring term.

Current Goddard students will have the opportunity to complete their degrees at the same tuition rate through a teach-out with like-minded institution, Prescott College. Updates and scholarship funds will be available in the coming weeks and months. Information will be posted to www.goddard.edu
