A Celebration of Community and Gratitude
#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.
Celebrated on the Tuesday following the widely-recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season. This day of giving is a perfect fit for Goddard, an institution that encourages students and graduates to enact change in the world through their studies. It also acts as a reminder that the spirit of the giving season is about community and working together to create a better and more just world for everybody.
This year we have a goal of reaching 100 new donors by December 31, 2022. Give on #GivingTuesday and help us reach our goal!

Update your contact information to ensure you receive Goddard newsletters, invitations, alumni updates and more. One of our biggest barriers to admissions, alumni affairs, and fundraising efforts is that we only have up-to-date contact information for about 40% of our community. Help us build a stronger community today by getting back in touch, and encouraging your network to get back in touch with Goddard too.
Share our Emails and Amplify Goddard’s Social Media
Share our Giving Tuesday emails and social media with friends – this helps us spread the word and amplify the impact of our community. Ask 5 Goddard alums to join you in campaigning for Goddard.
You can also create your own social media post to increase the visibility of Goddard. We encourage you to post about Goddard in a way that is authentically you! Below are some sample scripts and suggestions to get you started.
