Goddard Kitchen 7 Positions – Part Time, Residency

SOUS CHEF (1 position), LEAD COOK  (1 position), PREP COOK (4 positions), & DISHWASHER (1 position)

The Sous Chef, Lead Cook, Prep Cook, and Dishwasher will work as part of the dynamic food service team to prepare excellent meals for Goddard College students, faculty, and staff.  Experience cooking vegetarian, vegan, and gluten‐free meals is desired, along with working knowledge of the local food movement and sustainable kitchen practices.  Applicants must be available for all scheduled residencies, including days, evenings, and weekends; variable schedule; 30 to 40 hours per week; January, February, March, and early April 2018.  ServSafe certification is a plus.
