Integrated Planning Process (IPP)

Integrated Planning ProcessThe College's Integrated Planning Process (IPP) takes the mission, vision, and values of the Third Century Plan to the annual tactical level. In spring of 2006, strategic issues were outlined with specific goals for the 2006-2007 academic year. An Integrated Planning Team (IPT) was formed with representation from across the College of faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Action teams were formed for each strategic issue with time lines for accomplishing goals.

In the summer or 2007, the IPT will review accomplishments of the past year and establish renewed or new strategic issues and goals and action teams for 2007-2008.  Dean of Planning and Assessment Judy Fitch facilitates the integrated planning process.
