Clockhouse Writers Conference

Based upon the ideals of the MFA in Creative Writing Program, the Clockhouse Writers Conference has proven to be a perfect opportunity for alumni/ae to reconnect with everything we hold sacred about who we are as individual writers and a community at large.

CWC meets every summer, overlapping with the MFA residency, holding workshops, formal readings and writing groups. There is something for everyone, and all graduates of the MFA in Creative Writing program are invited to join in. The Clockhouse Press

Clockhouse Press is a Goddard-exclusive publishing house dedicated to bringing into print the works of the alumni/ae of the MFA in Creative Writing Program. CHP was first conceived by Tim Kenyon (MFA ’99) who felt it was important for the hard work of all those graduating from the MFA program to be read and acknowledged for how truly powerful and important it is. Since the publication of its first yearly Review, CHP has made its mark, and continues to do so with full-length book publications by some of the most powerful voices coming out of Goddard College’s MFA in Creative Writing program.
