Sustainability Studies

Sustainability Studies

Consistent with our student-centered approach to education, students study sustainability as part of an individualized plan that is guided by the mission and degree criteria of each program. Students begin each semester with an eight-day residency on campus where they attend workshops on a wide range of topics, design a multidisciplinary study plan for the semester in their area of interest, and choose a faculty advisor who can assist them with their learning goals. The College also offers the Goddard community a weekly email newsletter of local and global news and resources on sustainability.
